P90X - Who was I kidding ... not all ya'll I hope. I knew I wouldnt work out today. :> But 3 days this week isnt bad. New week tomorrow.
1am - chicken breast (fried), macNcheese, french fries, & water
8am - oatmeal and 4 sausage patties
1pm - 3 chili dogs & water
6pm - white chicken chili & mellow yellow
yeah yeah yeah ... my meals arent all that great on a normal day other than the oatmeal but today was pretty bad. :/
Wanted to rough it all day. I managed a couple of cat naps at work last night really thought I would manage but ended up taking a 3 hour nap. And honestly here it is 9pm and I'm tired as poo again :> so ... tomorrow = yard work (Christmas decorations) and some working out and !!! some being a slug around the house all day :D see ya'll in the AM.
