February Stats

Alright so my weight went up half a pound. Thats ok. The messed up weather has really made having a 'normal' schedule difficult so I have been eating on the run way more than I should. On a downside I was craving Mellow Yellows for a couple of weeks so I have burned through @ 24 in the past 2-3 weeks so that cant be good. BUT I have been trying to mix some diet root beers in there for a little vareity. Anyways I am still shooting for 175-180 by 6/21. Still PLENTY of time to manage it. I will make myself get back on schedule after this last splurge for SuperBowl Sunday. :)

Day 120
Weight = 201.2
BMI = 27 (Ideal Range = 18.5-24.9)
Body Fat 22% (Ideal Range = 8-21.9%)
BP = 138/82 (Ideal Range = under 120/80 & over 90/60)

Day 90
Weight = 200.6
BMI = 27.2 (Ideal Range = 18.5-24.9)
Body Fat 21% (Ideal Range = 8-21.9%)
BP = 130/90 (Ideal Range = under 120/80 & over 90/60)

Day 60

Januarary Stats

BAH!!! @ B.P. I give up. The "healthy" range has such a narrow margin anyways. :)
I was shooting to be back under 200# by EOY. 2.4# for 1 month. I am NOT satisfied. So it seems I will definitely have to pick it up for these next 3 months. 9 #s in 90 days sounds good but I am shooting for 175-180 overall. So new goal is 175# by 6-21-11 ... my b'day. Until next month.

Day 90

I didn't lose as much weight as I had hoped/thought. I figured with the week of being sick I had lost more BUT I also know I havent been too studious with exercising this month. I am however stoked! about the drop in my BP. I am curious if oatmeal could cause that much of a drop? Anyways my goal is to be under 200# by the end of the year. We shall see. :)

I think the Day 1 BP was a little off. The Day 30 looks a little closer to the norms I regularly see. 4 pounds in a month. I am happy with that when I think of all that went on this past month. While I can't say I see any real improvement in str. or end. that I could attribute to the P90X workouts I also have to mention I havent exactly stuck to the workout course all that great. I will try to get Day 30 photos taken/uploaded tomorrow afternoon. Next Weight etc update should come on 12/2 as thats the first day in Dec I will be back at work. Till next month ...

9am - breakfast - 1 smoked sausage biscuit, 1 chicken biscuit, 1/2 order hash rounds 1-8oz glass apple juice
6pm - dinner - 3 whopper jrs & 12oz Root beer
11pm - 20oz Mt dew
