Food -
7am - oatmeal & water
8am - 4 sausage patties & water
8pm - spaghetti & water
Random - woke up at 3:00 with the best of intentions I truly planned on working out but I had a killer headache and lay on the bathroom floor trying not to ... lose my lunch till almost 3:30. Oh how I love the withdrawal from caffiene symptoms :>. Only cokes (for me that is) left in my house are 4 or 5 diet caffiene free root beers (BLEH!) So now that the "Holidays" are over I have managed to go the last 2 days without cokes And tuesday was just a couple of diet root beers. Anyways I hope everyone has a good weekend. :) See ya'll Sunday

ReplyDeleteI wish I could play DC Heroes, I haven't had a console for a few years now. PC is where it's at. Ah, I'm from Georgia so I know what that's like, we got like a half inch of snow the other night and it all melted by the time I woke up.

ReplyDeleteBro honestly if you want to lose sum crazy weight just take Hydroxycut hardcore and continue your shit. you will lose everything in seriously half the time and will have no hunger because it suppresses. its obviously not that healthy but you aint plannin on getting fat again right? so itl be a one time thing takin a few months thats it. Then just eat and workout normal and have a good life.
