Day 2 - 10/3/10

Meals ...

2am - lunch - 2 whopper jrs & 12 oz water
8am - breakfast - bowl of oatmeal
1pm - lunch - 2 chili dogs, macNcheese 12oz water
6pm - dinner - 1.5 bowls of chili & water

  3. lol the days I work its hard to eat proper meals. I work 3 nights a week 12.5 hours so meal time tends to be rushed.

    I was ok being 200-205 i dunno something about 210 irks me though so I want to get back down to 175 ish

  8. lol no this is not my diet to lsoe weight. this is simply a way for me to monitor what im eating. like i said earlier the 3 days a week that I work its tough to find something decent to eat.
