Day 3 - 10/4/10

7am - breakfast - oatmeal & water
12pm - lunch - 2 chili dogs & 12oz root beer
4pm - 12oz root beer
7pm - dinner - 1 CFA chicken sandwich & large coke

only 3 days in and I am finding it tough to avoid cokes


  1. It's good to see that you're beating inertia today :)

  2. the chili dogs last few days do kinda skew the meals. part of working 3 nights a week I try to keep the leftovers cleaned out of the fridge.

  3. Cokes are always the hardest thing to give up (along with ice cream, at least for me), hang in there bro.
