First Off I need to put a disclaimer ... I suffer cluster headaches as well as migraines. This is not the way I normally start my day off. Woke up at 6am with a roaring headache. And for those who think I am BSing check Excedrin migraine (or other headache pills) they all include caffeine. The caffeine helps alleviate headaches some. On to todays meal plan ...
6am - 12oz root beer & Advil cocktail
7am - more chili. leftover chili is almost gone. I know yall are tired of seeing it on the menu and the wife is tired of the high fiber in my diet ... :D
1pm - what we still have chili ?! ok 1 more servings worth left after lunch & water & Advil cocktail dose 2
6pm - Chili's (the restuarant) for dinner ... Chicken fajitas & coke (lots of it ... the headache is still going) & Advil cocktail
10pm - another 12oz coke (i am due back at work tomm night so TRYING to stay up all night
I dont know about you folks but I am starting to see a pattern here. :/ Even adding a bunch of water lately (I dont list every time i drink some during the day. should I ? ) I am STILL drinking too many sodas. good news though ... planning on oatmeal for breakfast i figure I will take the last bowl of chili to work tomm night for lunch. dinner tommorrow is some lean cuisine skillet meal.
