P90X - CardioX ... Doing much better with this reboot. Skipped the Dreya roll cause well its just insane looking and the Tire run because I have strained interior part of left hamstring. Tomorrow is "Shoulders & Arms" Then Thursday is Yoga. Dont think I will be home for Yoga :D so hopefully by Friday it will have eased up some.
Food -
7am Hot and Sour Soup & water
12pm - Thanksgiving meal at daughters daycare ... Turkey, stuffing, green beans, salad & tea
5pm - coke
6pm - Shepherds pie & water
9pm - banana & water
Random - Feels so good to be over my cold. Congestion seems to be 95% + gone. Still have a tickle of a cough but they seem to linger for a week or so for me. Arms are still nice and jellowy an hour after work out but I attrivute that more to weakness from the cold.
