P90X - Um I kind of forgot it today. Woke up at 3:30 am. Was back in bed at 10:30am. Slept till 5:15pm then I had to get ready for work.
Food -
4am - cup of grapes
8am - 2 turkey, egg, and cheese mcmuffin & water
6pm - serving of cheesy chicken and rice & water
8pm - rally burger, fry and coke ... grabbed them omw to work. :/
Random -
Holiday work sucks. I have to work 12.5 hours tonight. Off tomorrow night then work Sunday night. *YAWN*
What did the 2 turkey consist of at 8am? Two pieces?
