P90X - KenpoX ... nothing to report other than OI my legs are tight as crud from the Legs&Back workout Saturday. Had to chug @ 20 oz of water after this workout. Dunno what the deal was but I was THIRSTY!
7am - apple and turkey sausage, egg white and cheese muffin & water
2pm - 1/4# hamburger with cheese. On whole grain toast & Root beer
6pm - Same as 2pm add serving mashed potatoes and gravy
Was doing a bit of cleaning out the fridge today.
Random - nothing really to report today. A bit disappointed in my food selections. I started out so well then come lunch time I was staring at the fridge and was just like "Bleh! Nothing looks good!" I know everyone else has had days like that. Early bed time tonight. Does that mean I'm getting old ?
