P90X - No I did not work out today. I slept until 4:15.
Food -
2am - 2 turkey sandwiches on wheat & water
7am - sausage biscuit, hashbrowns & water
6pm - chicken breast, 2 serving potatoes au gratin, green beans, 12oz Mt. Dew
8pm - 12oz Mt. Dew
Random -
I know the food and no exercise today look bad but I am getting over the brutal Sunday-Wednesday schedule I just came off of due o inclement weather so I have got to get back into tracking what I am doing/eating. I WILL workout in the AM.
To A ... no I'm not counting down I just did the math last night. Nov 12th = day #316 Minus day #12 (as of the time I posted yesterdays comments this AM). On a side note ... coworker is being an A-HOLE! He just took some of this garbage our mgr bought and heated up a honey bun and is sitting here eating it in front of me. And the smell keeps wafting over here :,< makes me think of Krispy Kreme doughnuts and when I think of Krispy Kreme doughtnuts I think of Krullers. We are currently coming up with a plan to acquire some doughnuts. Perhaps "Kkazzamm's wife was out running around and brought us these" while Kkazzamm was out on a non-existent smoke break :D
