P90X - Shoulders and Arms today. have 3 sets left but working out while watching College FB (American). Taking a short breather even though this isnt high heart rate workout. Arms already feel like Jello but I have stepped up resistance on 2 things from the first workout.While all this really means is I used too light of weight with the first arms/shoulders I still feel good knowing I can do a hair more than I thought.
Food - Well ... I wont list my food today. I will just say its been a crap shoot. Went to pumpkin patch with daughter,wife, and friends so ... well its been a BAD BAD BAD!!! day. :>
Random - Another go DAWGS! Is it me or are they actually looking better? Congrats UA. As of this post Mizz is up on OK :D
I actually am interested in P90X, but I don't know anyone that's tried it. And I haven't been to a pumpkin patch in sooo long. They're fun, though.

ReplyDeletedont worry about the food. you need to have a day when you can eat whatever you want atleast once per week. I would have gone crazy without that day

ReplyDeleteIf you ever plan on eating a lot of junk (not recommended, but hey--shit happens) try to keep the numbers in check. Work harder the next day!
ReplyDeleteYou should go for tuna and chicken breast, both are full of proteins and low on carbs.I nowit's hard but you have to keep on the hard work mate!
