P90X - Skipping this today cause of a massive headache. And I will go ahead and say that with SILs wedding Sat. and Dega Sun. there is a good chance I will miss several workouts until things are back to normal Monday.
Food -
2am - Chicken Burrito, bean burrito, & water
1pm (thats PM)- Mellow yellow and a handful of ibuprofen ... in case folks hadnt worked it out yet I work 3 nights so I sleep 10a-4p Four days a week.
6pm - chicken pot pie & water
Random - So here it is 430 pm ... 3 hours after I took those aforementioned ibuprofen ... and I STILL have a massive headache. On top of the headache I have to go to work and deal with ... situations ... dont guess any of my /b/ros out there are fabulously wealthy and care to be my benefactor to allow me to quit work :D Oh well I asked.Nothing to report/rant on today other than like most people I think that I do not want to work. Oh yeah and F'n drunk drivers ... long story but drunk drivers = my migraines :/
Tune in tomorrow for another pointless rant.
