1am - Lunch - 2 bean burritos 1 chicken burrito & 20oz pepsi
8am - breakfast - oatmeal & water
4pm - glass of sweet tea
6pm - dinner - @ 15 CFA nuggest serving of stewed potatoes green beans & sweet tea
Started back on the P90X thing yesterday. doing 2 posts atm ... should I combine them ?
