Sorry for late posting ...
P90X - "Shoulders and arms" workout today. I skimped on the chair dips compared to last time. And skipped the "Crouching Cohen curls". Tell ya what though my arms felt like JELLO after-wards.
8am - 2 sausage cheese biscuits. (homemade not McD's ... that means not as bad right?) & water
12pm - 1ham sandwich and 1 turkey sandwich (Arnold's wheat thins. supposed to be low pts and such), chips & Mt. Dew
6pm - spaghetti & Mt.Dew
Random - Tell ya what today was a lazy day. Between the cold weather, the time change, and a late day yesterday it was tough to do my work out. I normally workout @ 3-4pm. Today it was 8:30pm before I went downstairs and did it. Here I am posting at 12:30am the next morning and my shoulders are feeling it too. :> I guess thats a good thing right? Lets me know something is going on.
And to Blogster ... From 10/2->11/4 I lost 4 pounds. Wish it was more but I know I haven't followed the P90X workout routine perfectly nor have I adjusted my meals as much as I need to. I'll get there though. My goal weight is 175, Highly optimistic I know so I am shooting for sub 200 by EOY. :>
