12/10/10 - P90X - Food - Random

P90X - Well I was supposed to do YogaX today. I had planned on skipping it and going on to legs and back to push my workout schedule to have a Sunday off day. Unfortunately I am finding it difficult to work out 6 out of 7 days and I ended up skipping today. Realistically I am happy with working out 3 days a week BUT I would like to manage the 6 out of 7. It is what it is.

Food -
2am - taco salad (1/2c seasoned beef, 1/2c shredded cheddar cheese, 1 tbsp light sour cream) @ 20 tostitoes scoops & water
8am - 6 CFA chicken minis & water
6pm - 1c of cucumber, 1 1/2 c pasta, 1/2 grilled chicken breast & 20oz mello yello
10pm - 1c of cucmber & water (added after original post)

Random - I am going to start trying to not just list what I have eaten but show portion sizes as well. Its all baby steps. :> And with some assistance I will start showing my total WW pts as I had mentioned some weeks ago. I have been told I can't list individual points but a daily total should be ok.

If you are into extreme sports and the such check out this new page ... Adrenaline Rush Here ... by one of my loyal listeners. He has a tech page too for those interested. Leave him some feedback to let him know what you think and what sports you might be interested in.

See ya'll Saturday

  2. Hey, thanks for this little publicity! Keep up the reading and maybe you'll find an extreme sport you're interested into and once you're in love with an activity, the fitness come along! Love your blog, keeps me motivated to eat healthy!

  3. Portion sizes are important. In high school, one of my PE teachers once said that the amount of what you eat is just as important as what you eat.
