P90X - Not today. Yesterday (Friday) we went to Zoo Light Safari. so I managed a bit of walking. Tonight (Saturday night) Went went to a parks Light display so some more walking. Sorry I didn't wear my pedometer so no step count.
Food -
2am - 1/2c stuffing, 4 slices ham, 3 biscuits 1c bbq pork & water
8am - 1 apple & water
2pm - 1 turkey sandwich on wheat & water
7pm - It was Cracker Barrel I cant refuse good food ! Country fried steak, fried okra hasbrown casserole double order pinto beans cornbread muffins serving of macNcheese & water
Random - Sorry I didn't post this until Sunday and tonight's (Sunday) post will be late as well. Tonight will be a Polar Express show. Train ride etc. So ... I wont be home till late etc. See yall tomorrow

ReplyDeleteCracker Barrel is delicious, haven't had their hasbrown casserole or pinto beans though. I usually get the vegetable plate or bacon cheeseburger. I need to stop typing, I'm getting hungry haha.
