P90X - Switched todays YogaX for tomorrows Legs&Back. I will try to get Yoga in tomorrow but my daughter is out of school so I'll be daddy daycare :)
Food -
11pm (yesterday) - 1 strawberry cupcake
12am - 2 cups white chicken chili, small serving tater tots & 12oz Mt Dew
8am - 2 turkey sandwiches on whole wheat & water
4pm - 12oz water (while working out)
530pm - Japanese ... um ... does lots count ? Doule serving rice, veggies, the soup and salad and shrimp & water

Meh ... I'm sleepy. Off tonight and slept some today ... probably too much ... but im still sleepy so here it is 7:30 and I am headed to bed. Have a good night everyone :)
