P90X - KenpoX ... Oi I think I will stick with CardioX for screwy days. I forget I dislike some of the KenpoX exercises (I can do them easily enough I just don't like them) ended up straining a hamstring muscle somehow. WTH? I'm a 3rd degree black belt and while doing the KenpoX kicks I'm not kicking sky high. Whatever?!
8am - 4 McD pancakes & 20oz OJ
1pm - 4 slices of pizza & 16oz water
4pm - 16oz water
6pm - 8oz chicken breast, 1c of rice 1c green beans & 24 oz Diet Root beer
One of my wifes friends suggested I try Barqs Root beer since the Publix tastes exactly like diet coke to me. I will admit it was a bit better. Still not a real root beer but every little bit helps. Anyways see ya'll tomorrow.
