P90X - I did the Chest, Shoulders, & Triceps work out. Have I ever mentioned how much I dislike push-ups? I don't think Mr Tony Horton got the memo. So let me restate here ... I DISLIKE PUSH-UPS! 1 exercise in mind made me go "Hory $417". It was called the floor flys. basically push ups but your hands instead of being directly underneath you are put out wide (slide on a plate or not) then come back under you and push the other hand out wide. Too lazy to look for a youtube video but for those of you concerned look for one. Its CRAZY!
Food - Oi bad food day :x
9am - 2 sausage egg cheese croissants & 16 oz of OJ
6pm - 6oz bacon wrapped fillet, serving garlic mashed potatoes, half a cucumber, 6 crescent rolls ( eeep I had to think on this one) & 24oz slushy Mellow Yellow
Random - Well I have been off work since Jan 13th and I am due back tomorrow. Sucks :<
@ Smile ... yeah I know I am supposed to have some variation if I followed the P90X Lean Schedule like I wanted to. Just the CardioX has been my "I'm in a rush" workout then it was actually scheduled for yesterday.
Dude... seriously? 6? SIX crescent rolls? You couldn't have possibly needed 6 crescent rolls.
