Januarary Stats

BAH!!! @ B.P. I give up. The "healthy" range has such a narrow margin anyways. :)
I was shooting to be back under 200# by EOY. 2.4# for 1 month. I am NOT satisfied. So it seems I will definitely have to pick it up for these next 3 months. 9 #s in 90 days sounds good but I am shooting for 175-180 overall. So new goal is 175# by 6-21-11 ... my b'day. Until next month.

Day 90
Weight = 200.6
BMI = 27.2 (Ideal Range = 18.5-24.9)
Body Fat 21% (Ideal Range = 8-21.9%)
BP = 130/90 (Ideal Range = under 120/80 & over 90/60)

Day 60 Weight = 203
BMI = 27.6 (Ideal Range = 18.5-24.9)
Body Fat 22% (Ideal Range = 8-21.9%)
BP = 116/77 (Ideal Range = under 120/80 & over 90/60)

DAY 30Weight = 205.8
BMI = 27.9 (Ideal Range = 18.5-24.9)
Body Fat 22% (Ideal Range = 8-21.9%)
BP = 131/80 (Ideal Range = under 120/80)


DAY 1 (10/2/10) Stats below ...
Weight = 209.8
BMI = 28.5 (Ideal Range = 18.5-24.9)
Body Fat 23% (Ideal Range = 8-21.9%)
BP = 152/114 (Ideal Range = under 120/80)

  3. Well the holidays sure didn't help but I'm sure the next months are going to be a little more relax so you'll be able to keep an eye on your eating and training a little more. Keep it up!
